Creative Director | DNP–Nurse Anesthesia Student

ICU clinician. Brand architect. Human-centered storyteller.

Tyra is a critical care nurse and DNP–Nurse Anesthesia student with a foundation in high-acuity Neuro ICU and general ICU—advanced clinical judgment, rapid decisions, and calm under pressure with a patient-centered approach.

At HospiTablyTM, she leads brand architecture, storytelling, and user experience—how the platform communicates, earns trust, and engages professionals at scale.

Her work focuses on:

  • Designing high-impact, conversion-driven campaigns
  • Building a recognizable and trusted healthcare brand
  • Translating complex clinical realities into clear, human-centered digital experiences
  • Aligning product, marketing, and user engagement into a single scalable system

Beyond the platform, she founded Treat Us Fairly, supporting neurodivergent individuals and equitable care—shaped by growing up alongside two autistic brothers. She is also a children's book author on inclusion and understanding.

Dr. Leiba is a trailblazer in healthcare education and leadership—becoming the first African American and first male President of the Florida Dental Hygienists' Association, and former President of the South Florida Dental Hygienists' Association.

With a background in Miami Dade healthcare education and academic leadership, he brings a full-spectrum understanding of student-to-workforce transformation. He co-pioneered Mu Beta Tau (MBT), a mentorship and community initiative advancing success for underrepresented students, alongside leadership in Black Male Initiatives and student-first support systems.
