Today, we honor a life dedicated to service.

Firefighter/Paramedic Steven Lepselter has passed away.

A man who spent his life protecting others, showing up when people needed help the most.

Steven was also the lead certifications instructor for HospiTablyTM.

He played a major role in helping nurses stay prepared, confident, and ready to care for others.

Behind the scenes, he gave his time, his knowledge, and his energy to this community.

His impact is real, and it will not be forgotten.

On a personal level, this one hurts.

Steven wasn't just a partner to me — he was someone I respected deeply.

He believed in what we were building before most people did.

He showed up, he delivered, and he cared.

That kind of person is rare.

Hands-On Simulation Training

Realistic tools. Real scenarios. Better preparation.

Our instructor uses feedback mannequins, AED trainers, and airway training heads for hands-on practice. We also run scenarios using a monitor/defibrillator simulation program that displays real cardiac rhythms, allowing students to practice pacing, cardioversion, defibrillation, and medication decision-making in real time.
The simulator can be connected to a projector or TV so the full class can follow along with rhythm changes and treatment decisions during training.
All equipment is portable and travel-ready, allowing us to provide organized on-site training when needed.
