• Valid nursing license number
• Email address

Providing false information may result in immediate termination.

4. No Medical Advice Disclaimer

HospiTablyTM is a professional networking and discussion platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Content shared by users is for professional discussion purposes only.

5. Strict Prohibition of PHI

Users agree:

• Not to post or share Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Not to disclose identifiable patient information
• Not to violate HIPAA or any applicable healthcare privacy law

Violation may result in immediate termination and potential reporting.

6. Beta Features

Some features, including Global Chat, may be labeled as "Beta."

• May contain bugs or interruptions
• May be modified or removed without notice
• Are provided "as is" without warranties

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Harass or bully members
• Share confidential workplace information
• Attempt to scrape or copy user data
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Use the platform for recruitment spam
• Impersonate another nurse

HospiTablyTM may remove content or accounts at its sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All HospiTablyTM branding, logos, badges, scrub designs, and platform content are the property of HospiTablyTM Technologies LLC.

Users may not reproduce or use branding without written consent.

9. Future Monetization

HospiTablyTM may introduce:

• Advertisements
• Subscription tiers
• Premium features

Users will be notified of material pricing changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

HospiTablyTM is provided "as is."

HospiTablyTM Technologies LLC is not liable for:

• User-generated content
• Professional consequences of discussions
• Service interruptions
• Data loss beyond reasonable control

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law.

11. Termination

HospiTablyTM may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Terms violations
• Fraudulent verification
• Legal risk concerns

Users may request account deletion at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts or via binding arbitration at the company's discretion.
